** Enter the Order Date and Vehicle Number.
** Enter the Challan Number and Date.
** Enter your Name and Father Name.
** Enter the Address and State.
** If you want to cancel the licence, Enter C
** If you want to suspend the licence, Enter S.
** Enter the Dispatch Number.
** Enter the DL Issue Date and Expiry Date.
** Enter the Court Name and Circle Details.
** Click on Reset Button.
