Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the following posts in the grade of `67,000-79,000/- in the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), a statutory body under the Ministry entrusted with the task of implementation of National Highways Development Project (NHDP), India's largest ever highways project.
Name of the post : Member (Administration)

Qualifications and Experience :
The qualifications and experiences required for the post of Member (Administration) are as follows;
A person shall not be qualified for appointment as a Member (Administration) unless he –
(i) is employed in the Central Government or a State Government or Public Sector Undertaking or an autonomous body established under law for the time being in force; and
(ii) has held the post;
(a) for at least 25 years in Pay Band-3, pay scale of `15600-39100/- + Grade Pay `5400/- or equivalent or higher; and
(b) for at least 3 years in Pay Band-4, pay scale `37400-67000/- + Grade Pay `10000/-; and
(c) for at least 15 years in the field of Public Administration and Management.

Name of the post : Member (Finance)

Qualifications and Experience :
The qualifications and experiences required for the post of Member (Finance) are as follows;
A person shall not be qualified for appointment as a Member (Finance) unless he –
(i) is employed in the Central Government or a State Government or Public Sector Undertaking or an autonomous body established under law for the time being in force ; and
(ii) has held the post:-
(a) for at least 25 years in Pay Band-3, pay scale of `15600-39100/- + Grade Pay `5400/- or equivalent or higher; and
(b) at least 3 years in Pay Band-4, pay scale `37400-67000/- + Grade Pay `10,000/-; and
(c) for at least 15 years in the field of Finance and Financial Management, preferably having knowledge of financial market and funding of infrastructure projects.

Name of the post : Member (Project)

Qualifications and Experience :
The qualifications and experiences required for the post of Member (Project) are as follows;
A person shall not be qualified for appointment as a Member (Project) unless he –
(i) has degree in Civil Engineering; and
(ii) is employed in the Central Government or a State Government or Public Sector Undertaking or an Autonomous Body established under law for the time being in force; and
(iii) has held an analogous post; or has at least 25 years combined service in the Pay Band 3, pay scale of `15600-39100/- + Grade Pay of upto `7600 or higher, but must have three years service in the pay scale of `37400-67000/- + Grade Pay of `10000/-; and
(iv) has 15 years experience in the field of Highway Engineering related to implementation of projects.
