APPOINTMENT OF RSETI DIRECTOR ON CONTRACT BASIS

AGE LIMIT (29.09.2012) : Maximum: 45 years

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION :
Post Graduate degree viz. MSW / M.A in Rural Development / M.A in Sociology / Psychology / B.Sc. (Ag.) / B.A. with B.Ed. etc. The candidate should have flair for teaching with Computer Knowledge.

Desirability :
Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer / Rural Development Officer/ Agriculture Officers converted to Mainstream of banking/Lead Districts Managers /Faculty members of Training Centres/Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc., shall be preferred.

SELECTION PROCEDURE :
Interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. The Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for interview after preliminary screening / short listing with reference to candidate’s qualifications, suitability, experience etc.

CONTRACT PERIOD :
The candidate shall be appointed on contract basis for a period of 3 to 5 years with annual review. Renewal may be possible at Bank’s sole discretion in terms of extent policies and rules

SALARY :
Rs. 15,000/- per month. However, in case of retired employees / VRS Optee - pension + proposed remuneration be less or equal to last drawn salary of such persons proposed to be appointed as Director not exceeding Rs. 20,000/-.
