Mini Project : UNINTERUPTEBLE POWER SUPPLY
Description :
This project report deals with calibration of home UPS. One would not normally expect to find power protection or backup power on the mind of the average person, unless they have recently suffered through a power event that caused the loss of valuable computer files or worse, equipment damage. Preventing a reoccurrence can be even more frustrating as one has to research enough information in a power protection market that is so large and competitive it has become unintentionally misleading.
UPS sits between a power supply (e.g. a wall outlet) and a device (e.g. a computer) to prevent undesired features of the power source (outages, sags, surges, bad harmonics, etc.) from the supply from adversely affecting the performance of the device

Main Project : HYDRAULIC TURBINE GOVERING POSITION
CONTROL SYSTEM USING PLC AND SCADA
Description :
This Project is concerned with the automation in Hydraulic power sectors with the powerful combination of Programmable Logic controller.
The speed of the turbine is sensed using LDR sensor, The LDR receives the light signal from the holes of the plate embedded with turbine rotor. The pulse input is given to the Programmable Logic Controller unit as speed input.
The PLC unit receives the speed input from the LDR unit, when the speed of the turbine unit is above the set point the PLC unit sends the control signal to close the gate. When the speed of the turbine unit is below the set point the PLC unit sends the control signal to open the gate.
The motor unit gets the appropriate control signal to open/close the gate.

Abstract : The main aim of the project is to providing high degree of security to the confidential image while transmitting over the network.
The technology that we have employed in our proposed system is that the Cryptographic technique, i.e.Encrypting and Decrypting the data (in our case confidential image). Original confidential image to be transmitted from source to destination is generated into n number of shares. These shares are individually transmitted to the receiver side where all the received shares are stacked one above the other (combined all shares together) to reveal the original image given that individual shares do not reveal any identification about the original image.
PERSONAL ACHIEVMENTS :
- Participated in Srishti 2010 State Level Project Exhibition on “ONLINE-OFFLINE CRYPTOGRAPHY USING SHARES GENERATION” held at SSIT Tumkur in the year 2010.

The name of this project is Universal Transmitter-4623 , as the name indicates it has got six input perameters and three output perameters.The input perameters are Current ,Voltage ,POT, Linear resistance ,Thermocouples of different kinds, RTD and output perameters are Current , Voltage , Relays.It is a signal conditioning module where we can configure any input to any output.
Responsibilities :
- Involved in testing of the code by applying all the input perameters with their respective ranges to the corresponding terminals and verifying the output on the display and the terminals w.r.t the input applied .
