National Institute of Rock Mechanics (NIRM) is a premier research Institute dedicated to the development of rock engineering technology based on intense multi-disciplinary research. NIRM is looking for Scientists/Scientific/Supporting/Administrative Staff on regular appointment/deputation as detailed under for its R&D activities at its KGF & Bangalore Units. Candidates should possess good analytical skills and scientific temperament, and be willing to work anywhere in India or outside on short/long term project assignments. .

(2) 15 years of experience in Research/Teaching/Industry with original work in Rock Mechanics as evidenced by patents/publications.
Desirable : Ph.D in Rock Mechanics, 10 years of R&D experience in responsible positions.
