How To Register a child Name?
** Enter birth date and click search button.After appropriate record found, If your child name is not registered , then you will prompt a button saying register a child name Click on it

Note: If child name is already registered you will not prompt any button you need to go to payment menu ?Select birth certificate.

** After clicking that register child name button, you will transfer to another page. On that page you will be asking some Requested Details like applicant details , Hospital Discharge Card(upload), Authorized Ration Card Proof(upload) .
** Now enter above details and submit the application. After submitting the application, It will be forward to Health officer, He will be verify and approve your application.You will be notify with sms.

Note: if uploaded proofs are invalid health officer will be rejected your application.

How To get birth certificate?
** Enter birth date and click search button. After appropriate record found, Click on pay and get button.
** After this, We will be asking mobile number and email address. Enter required details and submit the form.
** After submit we will transfer to payment mode of easy2pay with asking debit or credit card number , valid month and year of the card and cvv2/cvc2 is the three digit security code printed on the back of your card , email address , mobile number , word verification and submit to process a payment.
** After successful payment you will be transfer to another page. On that page you will find download certificate. Download it and save your certificate. The certificate is digitally signed with unique registration number of each birth.

I, V.Madhava Rao, r/o H.No.1-1-364, Prashanthnagar colony, opposite lane to Ramalayam Temple, (NIT) Kazipet, humbly beg to submit the following few lines for, kind consideration and sympathetical orders :

I submit that, earlier I submitted a representation against my neighbor, (FCI employee) r/o H.No.1-1-367, constructed compound wall by encroaching the road, by not hearing colony people’s suggestion, due to which the 30” road became narrow, resulting drainage water stagnated between the two houses, on that Town planning officials visited the site and warned them. But the problem was not solved. As well as the other house owners also constructed compound walls by encroaching the CC road.

We are facing problem about the free passage of drainage water and there is no alternate way, presently the drainage water of my street dumping beside my house, in the PITS of open plots at both sides, resulting bad Smell and Mosquitoes problem, since long time.

Further, It is to submit that, drainage construction work going to be start by the WMC Contractor, adjacent to my street, before the construction it, the small bit i.e. 50 Meters of drainage of my street may kindly be sanctioned and also direct the town planning officials to visit the street to ear mark the drainage, for which act of kindness, our street people will ever grateful to you sir.

** Then you transfer to tax enquiry page asking house no. After entering valid house number, you will get total demand and collection of given assessment number.
** After getting the details, Click here to pay property tax button appear on the screen.
