Policy for XII Pass Students (Enrolled in any FIITJEE Program for IIT-JEE 2012)
Who wish to enroll in a Long Duration Classroom Program for IIT-JEE,2013 (With Direct Admission)

CAT -1 Student : Student enrolled in FIITJEE Classroom Program for IIT-JEE, 2012.
CAT -2 Student : Student enrolled in Concept Strengthening Classroom Program (+RSM / AITS) / GMP / RTPF for IIT-JEE, 2012

Note 1 : Student can enroll in Long Duration Classroom Program either through FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam/ Admission Test OR through benefits of Direct Admission as mentioned above in this Annexure. However, in case student is awarded Cash Scholarship through FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam - I, it will be applicable and valid (as per the Terms and Conditions of FTRE).

Note 2 : Hostel Fee Support will be on monthly basis for accommodation only. Cost of Food, transportation & other self expenses are to be borne by the students.

Policy for XII Pass Students (Not enrolled in any FIITJEE program for IIT-JEE, 2012)
Who wish to enroll in a Long Duration Classroom Program for IIT-JEE, 2013 (With Direct Admission)

Note 1 : Student can enroll in One Year Extended Classroom Program either through FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam / Admission Test OR through benefits of Direct Admission as mentioned above in this Annexure. However, in case student is awarded Cash Scholarship through FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam it will be applicable and valid (as per the Terms and Conditions of FTRE).

Note2 : Hostel Fee Support will be on monthly basis for accommodation only. Cost of Food, transportation & other self expenses are to be borne by the students.

Direct Admission in Long Term Classroom Program for IIT-JEE, 2013 on the basis of AIEEE, 2012 Performance

CAT -1 Student : Student Enrolled in FIITJEE Classroom Program for IIT-JEE, 2012
CAT -2 Student : Student enrolled in Concept Strengthening Classroom Program (+RSM / AITS) / GMP / RTPF for IIT-JEE, 2012
CAT -3 Student : Student Not Enrolled in any FIITJEE Program for IIT-JEE, 2012

Other Scholarships (On the Basis of Scholastic Achievements)
Note 1 : Any student can avail only one scholarship (including cash scholarships awarded through Talent Reward Exams etc.) during his / her entire academic session of the program he / she joins at FIITJEE. In case a student is eligible for / awarded more than one scholarship under different criterion, he can avail the scholarship amount whichever is higher but already availed scholarship amount will be deducted from the same. The benefit of higher scholarship (excluding cash scholarship awarded through Talent Reward Exam etc.) will be given only from the date of such award on the balance proportionate fee i.e. {gross fee at the time of enrollment – (initial scholarship amount availed + cost of services availed till the month of such award)}. The amount will be refunded within 100 days of his / her submission of all relevant documents.

Note 2 : The mentioned scholarships on the basis of NTSE / JSTSE / SSTSE / MTSE / KVPY / Olympiads are applicable only for those students qualifying in the general category only.

Note 3 : The photocopy of the original certificate / marksheet of NTSE / JSTSE / SSTSE / MTSE / KVPY / Olympiads and X / XII Board should be attested by the Principal of the school last attended / presently studying.

Note 4 : Student claiming scholarship under Xth / XII th board performance need to deposit the photocopy of the original marksheet attested by the School Principal latest by 15th September, 2013. After which no application will be entertained.
