The call letters indicating time and venue of examination for the written examination to the provisionally eligible candidates for the above mentioned categories have been sent to the respective individual address given in the application form. The rejection advices have been sent to ineligible candidates. RRB, Guwahati is not responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery.

Those eligible candidates who do not get call letter or who have been issued call letter with wrong names, community, category no, photograph and free travel authority (SC/ST) may contact personally in the office of Railway Recruitment Board, Guwahati as per schedule given above from 10-30 to 17-00 hrs. for getting correct/duplicate call letters. Candidate should bring along with them adequate proof of having submitted application i.e. copy of DD/IPO and two passport size colour photograph, age proof and caste certificate.

Status of the application along with other details can be seen on the official website of Railway Recruitment Board, Guwahati . It should be noted that duplicate call letters will be issued only to those candidates whose names exist in Master list of eligible candidates.
