- Atheeb-Batelco consortium is a green field implementation for OSS/BSS solution for one of the prestigious telecom company which has a plan to build a full next-generation network using a mixed broadband access technologies i.e. xDSL WiMax network & Fibre to Home over the next 5 years. The business processes have been mapped to a range of Commercially-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications and systems. The solution is based on the business processes defined by the client. JCAPS is used as SOA platform to integrate the 9 COTS products. Process flows designed and developed in JCAPS support the process orchestration and thus enabling end to end process flows for various modules such as Order to Cash, Problem to Resolve and Request for Information Business Processes.

- Actively involved in the Requirement Analysis workshop for design and development of different requirements by the client.
