    How to Obtain New Trade License (Non-Food)?
    1.Application is available in Zonal Offices at the cost of Rs.5/- or it may be downloaded from the Official website of Agartala Municipal Council. For downloaded form Rs. 5/- is to be paid during the submission of Application Form. Application is received in the respective zonal office only.

    2.Xerox copy (Duly attested) of any identity card(Voter I Card/Ration Card/Pen Card/MNIC) of the applicant.

    3.Xerox copy of the property tax receipt(up to date) of the holding/shop is to be submitted

    4.NOC form the owner is to be submitted in case of rented shop and in that case up- to- date tax receipt of the shop/holding is to be submitted along with Application Form.

    5.Few trades like- General Industry, Iron/Steel Framework, Garage, Chemical Indutrsy which are related to environment, application will only be received if it is accompanied with TSPCB/CPCB, CPCB & TSPCB certificate.

    6.Touji Payment must be update in case of trade in the Municipal Market/ Stalls/Touji.

    7.Public Health Section’s views are taken for the trades, which are related to public heath.

    8.In case of extended areas where holding is yet to be registered by AMC, the applicant shall submit xerox copy of Dalil/Khatian/Porcha of the land against which trade license is applied for.

    9.Loctaion of the shop is to be shown on a plain paper by a net sketch

    What are the documents required to apply for birth certificate?

    List of documents to be enclosed duly attested by the Gazetted officer:
    1.Discharge certificate from the Hospital/Nursing Home with attested copy.
    2.Certificate of birth from the Recognized medical Practitioner along affidavit from the Executive Magistrate (in case of Home delivery)
    3.Attested copy of the citizenship certificate/Ration card/Voter I Card/MNIC/Service identity card of Govt. service of the parents.
