ENGAGEMENT OF 25 JUNIOR OFFICERS ON CONTRACT – LIST OF 175 CANDIDATES SHORTLISTED FOR INTERVIEW TO BE CONDUCTED ON 06/09/12 & 07/09/12 AT CHENNAI AND 11/09/12 & 12/09/12 AT BANGALORE.

We are glad to inform that we have increased the number of vacancies from 15 (as advertised earlier) to 25 and hence shortlisted 175 candidates for engagement of 25 junior officers on contract for 15 branches, in accordance with Para (8) of the terms and conditions of appointment as per our web advertisement dt.08/08/12. The list of the said 175 candidates and the details of the venue/date/ time for the interview are given in the annexure.

The candidates are requested to note the following:-
1) Should report at the venue 30 minutes before the scheduled time given in the list/annexure.
2) Shall bring one passport size photo, all the original certificates/documents of your academic qualifications/work experience, voter’s ID card, passport (if available), Driving License (must) for verification and return immediately.
3) One photocopy of self-attested certificates of your academic qualifications (reported in your application) and appointment letters from the previous assignments, if any shall be handed over to us at the interview centre, for our records.
4) As already advised, all the Outstation candidates attending interview at Bangalore are entitled for To and Fro Travel fare upto a limit of AC 3 tier fare (by shortest distance) from the place of present domicile to the centre of interview, on production of original ticket for onward journey & Xerox copy of return journey, on the date of interview only. No claim for reimbursement/correspondence will be entertained after the interview date.

Programme for appointment for candidates upon their selection:
1) List of 25 selected candidates will be published on or before 14/09/12 in our Web.
2) Offer letter for those selected candidates will be sent directly from our end, by way of e-mail followed by hard copies through courier, on or before 15/09/12.
3) The selected candidates should be in a position to join our company from 01/10/12 to 06/10/12 (as per our advertisement) However interested/willing candidates may be permitted to join the select branches from 17/09/12 onwards upto 06/10/12.
4) The candidates should note that they are liable for transfer to the nearby branches within the State as per clause No. 9(g) of the earlier advertisement.
