My family was residing in Kumbalanghi and obtained KWA water connection in the year 2012. Now my family has been shifted to Kalamassery Muncipality. The house in kumbalanghi is kept locked with effect from 30-12-2016 and as such we are not using the facility of KWA water supply. Still we have received a water charge bill of huge amount (477 + 247 = 724) in March 2017. It is requested that discrepancy in this regard may please be examined and do the needful.
