Interview for selection for the Post of ACT (T) ACT (T) (Crane Operation) and OCT(T) in SAIL-ISP, Burnpur.

The following candidates are hereby advised to appear before an Interview Board for Final Selection for the post of ACT(T) ACT (T) (Crane Operation) and OCT(T)

Instruction to the candidates
The candidates should bring
1. The call letter.
2. Bio-data Proforma, duly filled in (6 copies).
3. Original Matriculation / Higher Secondary certificate issued by University / Board recording your date of birth and also an attested copy of the same. No other documents will be accepted.
4. Original certificate and mark sheets of ITI / Diploma examination which qualifies you for consideration and attested copies of the same.
5. No Objection Certificate from your present employer, if you are employed in a Central / State Government or Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Body, and your application has not been forwarded through proper channel.
6. Original Certificate issued by the prescribed authority in case of SC / ST / OBC / Physically Handicapped / Ex-Servicemen and attested copy of the same.
7. A photocopy of all the certificates attested by Gazetted Officer to be submitted at the time of interview.

Please note :
1. The ‘Call Letters’ and Bio-data proforma for interview of the following short listed candidates can be downloaded from the SAIL Web-Site from 3 September 2012. Shortlisted candidates for interview can download their call letter & biodata format, by logging in with Email ID, password and Roll number.
2. Candidates have to bring Six(6) copies of Bio-data proforma at the time of interview

Consequent upon written test held on 29th July’2012 and interview on 28th to 29th September’2012 in Kolkata with reference to our advertisement no. ASP/001/2012 dated 08.05.2012 , candidates listed in table below, have been selected for appointment for the post of Operator cum Technician Trainee (OCTT) and Attendant–cum-Technician Trainee(ACTT) respectively in Alloy Steels Plant, Durgapur. The selected candidates are required to report to Recruitment Section, P&A department of ASP as on date given against the name of each along with the following documents-

1. Testimonials in original and a photocopy of the same duly attested by a Gazetted Officer in proof of Date of Birth,Qualifications (Matriculation and onwards), Certificate for SC/ST/OBC(issued as on 01.04.2012 or afterwards) and 5(Five) copies of recent colour Pass-port sized photograph of the candidate.

2. Character Certificate of the candidate (as per format given with the Offer Letter) from a Gazetted Officer.

Offer Letter will be sent to selected candidates via Courier/Speed post and an email/SMS-alert will also be sent.
