Problem iin Reedemption of Reward Points
I have an unresolved issue regarding redemption of reward points which is PENDING for more than two months.
I have raised the issue through mail even to Customer Service Head but to no avail no one is responding. Don't know whom to approach further. Extremely poor response and pathetic service delivery.
My complaint IDs are [Interaction Id:1-3328856710] [Interaction Id:1-3103913758] Use of Redemption Voucher.
Please do something to resolve.
