** Schedule of Document Verification is available on Northern Railway’s website www.rrcnr.org and will also be mentioned in the call letter. This will be conducted in the Divisional offices of Northern Railway.

** Call Letters for document verification are being sent by Post.

** Duplicate Call Letters can also be obtained from the office of
RRC, Northern Railway,
Lajpat Nagar-I,
New Delhi-110 024
from 10.00 AM to 17.00 PM from 01.09.2012 onwards.

Alternatively, they can CALL our following Helpline Numbers 07503019701, 07503019702, 07503019703, 07503019704 & 07503019705 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on all days (by identifying through their respective Control Number as available on the website) to register their complaints.
Please note Helpline Facility will remain Open from January 4th to February 29th 2012.

All certificates/documents must necessarily be issued by Recognised/Approved Govt. Institution/Appropriate Authority/Medical Board and in appropriate format as stated in the Employment Notice dated 17.12.2010.
** The candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC should bring their original caste certificate in prescribed format. In case of OBC the caste certificate should be current (not more than one year old ) and should have clause of Non- creamy layer.,
** Document Verification will be followed by Medical Examination (following day) only of those Candidates as further found suitable by the Screening Committee. Calling of candidates for document verification does not automatically confer any right upon candidate for his Medical Examination or appointment on any post of Northern Railway.
** Candidates shall make their own arrangement of stay. No TA/DA is admissible for the same.
** Railway shall not be responsible for any loss/damage caused to candidates during the process of Medical examination. Schedule of Document Verification is available on Northern Railway’s website www.rrcnr.org and will also be mentioned in the call letter. This will be conducted in the Divisional offices of Northern Railway.
