Date & time of issue of duplicate Call letters : 14/09/2012 from 10.00- 17.00 hrs At RRB Office, Allahabad

Call letters have already been sent to all the provisionally eligible candidates through business post (Ordinary). RRB will not be responsible for postal delay, if any. In case of non receipt of call letters, or any discrepancy in the call letter i.e. in Name, Photograph and community etc. the candidate should contact the office of RRB/Allahabad in person for issue of duplicate call letter on the date mentioned above, along with two passport size photographs, as affixed on the original application.

Duplicate call letter will be issued to only those candidates whose names exist in our master list/Record. Request for duplicate call letter or any corrections will NOT be entertained on the date of written examination. Free second class Railway passes will not be issued to any applicant for obtaining duplicate call letter nor will duplicate call letters have free travel facility.

I have submitted RRB form for the post of Section Engineer (electrical), but I have not received my admit card yet.
