Applications are invited for the position of a Junior Research Fellow (1 post) for a DST sponsored project. The details of the project are as under;

Name of the Project : Geostatistical Analysis and Mapping of Ground Level Ozone in an Urban Area in India: A Case Study of Ranchi City
Fellowship : Rs.16, 000/- (consolidated) + HRA (as per Govt. Norms).
Nature and duration of post : Three years or co-terminus with the project.

Qualification : Candidates should be master degree in Earth Sciences/ Remote Sensing and GIS/ Environmental Sciences/ Environmental Engineering/Atmospheric Sciences with minimum of 55% marks (First Division) from UGC recognized University/Institute for science graduates and 60 % marks for engineering graduates.
Desirable : NET/GATE/research experience in Atmospheric Sciences/GIS.
