As per Govt of Tamilnadu GO No.325 Fin (pension) Dept dt 28 Nov 2011, and GO No.165 Fin (pension) Dept dt 21 May 2012, that unmarried daughter aged 25 yrs (62 yrs) above is eligible for family pension of demise pensioner life long. I have submitted a family pension application with all the connected documents (all in original except pension book xerox, original pension book has been retained by the District Treasury officer, Thanjavur while payment of arrears and FSF) to DEO, Thanjavur which has been forwarded by them to AG Chennai on 18 Jan 2013.
