1. Name of the post : DIRECTOR TRAINING
Salary : Up to Rs. 1,50,000/- per month consolidated
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
Post graduate degree in medical or life sciences or related discipline with 15 years of work experience that should include: working knowledge of drug development - design, implementation, monitoring and management of clinical trials; research experience in life sciences, clinical sciences, or pharmacology; knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and quality standards; exposure to adult learning principles and experience in initiating scientific/medical education or designing and delivering training programs.
SKILLS :
Strong scientific evaluation ability.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with senior management within the organization and outside.

Name of the post : MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Salary : Up to Rs. 1,50,000/- per month consolidated
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
Essential : A postgraduate medical degree (eg. MD in general medicine/ pharmacology/ community medicine or equivalent)
Desirable : An advanced degree/diploma in public health.
Experience :
i) Approximately ten years of hands-on experience in community based clinical trials; epidemiological and observational studies and /or R&D experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
ii) Demonstrated sound knowledge of clinical regulatory standards and guidelines.
iii) Experience in New drug/ biologics/vaccine development from Phase I onwards
iv) Experience in preparing study related documents : Protocol, IB and CSR
v) Experience in safety reporting and management as per the applicable regulatory requirement.
vi)Experience in Pharmacovigilance.
