    Job Description
    Raspee is a newly established Web2.0 startup company with a concept to bring massive innovation to the user generated knowledge content industry. We are looking for rockstar programmers who will be part of a team building the technological foundation for Raspee. We need someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset and heavy experience in Asp.Net and SQL server and other Web related technologies
    We at Raspee are a lean team with great people, solid plan and a strong motivation towards achieving our goals. We have completed our planning phase and look forward to initiate development. Being part of a promising startup, selected individuals will have immense opportunity to grow with the company and build something that will potentially change the world.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Be a part of an innovative and research oriented development team that will build the basis of the Raspee engine.
    • Develop and own core modules for the Raspee engine from concept to deployment.
    • Recommend technology and design innovations to the team.
    • Recommend future and innovative updates to the Raspee technology.
    • Be hands on in all development activities including design, coding, unit test and test.
    • Research and adopt open source and off the shelf technologies to meet the feature function requirements.
    • Be extremely comfortable in coding in technologies ASP.NET (VB and C#), AJAX, SQL Server (TSQL), and other related technologies.
    • Build various object oriented architectural layers like presentation layer, data layer, business process layer etc.
    • Some data architecture, modeling experience a plus.

    Requirements and Qualifications
    • 3 – 7 years industry experience working with Asp.net (VB and C#), AJAX, OOPS, JavaScript and SQL Server.
    • Search Engine Optimization Experience
    • Flash and conversion to flash experience.
    • Search Engine creation/ Full Text indexing of documents experience.
    • Hardcore technical bachelors degree qualification required. Masters a big plus.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Prior experience of working with Web 2.0, Social Networking or User Generated content will be a strong plus
    • Local candidates from Pune and candidates willing to relocate to Pune on their own will be preferred .
