Pre Matric Scholarship:
Please read the Instructions carefully before filling the application
** It is necessary to fill all the * marked fields in the application forms (otherwise the application will not be accepted)
** Annual income of parent /Guardian of the applicant should be upto Rs.1.00 lakh
** Income certificate in the Prescribed Format issued by the Tahsildar Shall be Enclosed along with application form and also enter the details of the income certificate in online Application without fail
** Please Note Your Token number For Future Reference.
** If You have been Allotted UIDAI (AADHAAR) Number fill the number in Online Application Form.
** Obtain a print out of the filled in application form and submit the same to the institution along with all required enclosures where the Student is Studying.

** Income certificate in the Prescribed Format issued by the Tahsildar / Salary certificate from the employer.
** Bonafide Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution
** Attested Photo Copy of Bank Pass Book
** Enclose Photo Copy of Ration Card / Aadhaar Card

Note to students :
1) Mere online registration of application without submission of hard copies with necessary enclosures with in stipulated date does not confer any right to the student for sanction.

Note to Institution :
1) The Head Master of the School Should Collect all the Applications from the Students applied , Prepare a Booklet and submit to the Executive Director's office of Concerned District

What is the Fee Reimbursement of Post Metric Students?

Fee Reimbursement will be sanctioned to all the Students irrespective of distance whose parents income does not exceed Rs 1 lakh on par with social welfare department.

Who are eligible to get Pre Metric Scholarship?

Eligibility Criteria :
Pre Metric scholarship will be sanctioned to the economically backward Minority students from 6th to 10th Class, Whose family income does not exceed Rs 1 lakh- per annum. The Scholarship amount shall be disbursed to the students who put in 75% attendance in normal time.

How can I apply for Pre Metric Scholarship? Please tell me the procedure.

The eligible students should submit filled in application forms through the institutions to the Executive Director/DMWOs of the concerned districts.

On receipt of scholarship forms, EDs/DMWOs will scrutinize all application forms and data will be enterd in the website through online and submit the eligible students list to the selection committee for approval.

The Selection Committee consists of Joint Collector, District Education Officer, ED APSMFC/DMWO. The list will be approved by the committee duly following the procedure for sanction of scholarships.
