The job description and eligibility criteria is as under :
I. FOR FINANCE DEPT :
Qualification : Chartered Accountancy
Experience : Minimum 5 years experience preferably in Banking/Financial Organization in the areas of;
Taxation
Finalization of Accounts
Funds Management / Investments / Treasury /Foreign Exchange etc.
Financial Analysis & Interpretation
Familiar with Regulatory Guidelines
Age : Below 45 years
Salary : As per Industry Standards

II. FOR CREDIT DEPT
Qualification : Chartered Accountancy
Experience : Minimum 5 years experience preferably in Banking/Financial Organization in the areas of;
Appraisal of various types of Credit Proposals
Conversant with methodology & tools for Project Appraisal
Risk Management
Analysis & Interpretation of Financial Statements
Application of various Ratios
Well versed with the Regulatory Guidelines
Age : Below 45 years
Salary : As per Industry Standards

III. FOR AUDIT & INSPECTION DEPT :
Qualification : Chartered Accountancy (CISA/DISA Certification)
Experience : Minimum 5 years experience preferably in Banking/Financial Organization in the areas of;
Conducting/Supervising various types of Audit
Exposure to EDP Audit
Implementation of proper Internal Control/Risk Mitigation Measures
Familiar with Regulatory Guidelines

2. Name of the post : COMPANY SECRETARY
Qualification : Associate of Company Secretary (ACS). Candidates with a degree in Law will be preferred.
Experience : Minimum 5 years experience preferably in Banking/Financial Organization.
Job Description : Conduct of Meetings viz Board/Committees’/General Body. Liasioning with Regulatory Authorities and expertise in Corporate Law, Co-op. Act/Rules, Bye-laws etc.

3. Name of the post : LAW MANAGERS
Qualification : Graduate in Law from a reputed University with minimum 50% marks.
Experience : Minimum 5 years actual practice or employed as Law Officer in any reputed Institution/Organization and exposure in Documentation, Title Scrutiny, Debt Recovery Laws, Co-op. Act/Rules and other Laws related to Banking is required. Candidates having experience as Law Officer in a Banking Organization will be preferred.

4. Name of the post : RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS
Qualification : MBA (FINANCE/MARKETING) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management with Full Time/Regular 2 year course from a reputed Institution/University.
Experience : Minimum 3 years:;
In Banking/Financial Organization.
Working experience in Computer environment is a must.
Age : Below 30 years
Salary : Commensurate with Qualification/Experience etc.

Cadre/Designation : The Cadre/Designation for the selected candidates will be decided on the basis of qualification and experience at the time of recruitment.

Selection Process : The applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of their qualification and experience and the suitable candidates will be called for an Interview at our Head Office.

Period of Probation : The selected candidates will be on probation for a period of one year.
