Important Instructions :
Candidates have been shortlisted for Personal Interview basis their performance in the Written Proficiency Test held on 29th July’ 2012. The numbers of shortlisted candidates for each position is as per vacancies available positionwise and categorywise.

The Personal Interviews for all the positions will be conducted at Mumbai and will commence in the 2nd week of September. The Interview Call Letter will be made available for downloading on our website shortly. The day, time and address of Interview Centre will be mentioned in the Interview Call Letter. Shortlisted candidates are requested to visit our website regularly for further updates.

The Candidates are requested to bring following documents at the time of Personal Interview :
** The 'Application Form for Employment', duly filled in, together with 2 passport-size Photographs, original and photo copy of each of the certificate in support of Date of Birth, Academic Qualification and Relevant Experience.

** Caste Certificate / PWD (Persons with Disability) Certificate issued by the Competent Authorities as applicable for appointment to posts under Government of India (format given on our website) in original together with a photo copy of the same, in case belong to SC/ST/OBC-NC/PWD ( OH / VH / HH ) category.

** OBC-NC candidates are requested to bring duly filled declaration which is available on our website.

** 'No Objection Certificate', from present Employer, in case working in a Government Departments/ Quasi-Government / Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Bodies.
** Degree Certificate towards proof of having passed the requisite Degree/Qualifying Examination with minimum of 60% Marks as aggregate of all semesters (For SC/STs-minimum 50% Marks).

Reimbursement of 2nd AC rail fare or equivalent by the shortest route to interview venue i.e. Mumbai is admissible for outstation candidates appearing for Personal Interview, provided the distance travelled is not less than 30 kms. The candidates will be required to fill in the Travel Allowance (TA) Form as detailed on HPCL website and submit it alongwith Travel Proof of travel undertaken on the date of Personal Interview.

Request for change of Interview Date/Centre shall not be considered.

while applying for above post, the applicant must have ensured that he/she fulfils the eligibility and other norms mentioned in the Job Notification, as on the specified dates and the particulars furnished are correct / complete in all respects. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment / selection that a candidate does not fulfil the eligibility norms and / or that he/she has furnished any incorrect / false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will automatically stand cancelled. If any of the above shortcoming(s) is/are detected even after appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated without any notice.
