Candidates should possess the following or its equivalent qualification as on 22.08.2012.
Qualification : Must possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering awarded by the State Board of Technical Education and Training.
Experience : Must possess practical experience in Engineering works for a period of not less than five years after acquiring the Diploma.

CENTRE FOR EXAMINATION : Examination will be held at CHENNAI only (Code No.001).

PROCEDURE OF SELECTION : Selection will be made in two successive stages i.e., (i) Written Examination and (ii) Oral Test.
