Main Written Examination for filling up vacancies in the cadre of District Judges.

With reference to subject noted above, you are called upon to appear at the Main Written Examination to be conducted on Sunday, August 26th, 2012, at the venue and time, mentioned below in the - “Admission slip”.

Please note that
(i) Your Admission in the Main Written Examination is provisional. If it is found that any of the conditions of eligibility was not fulfilled, your candidature may be cancelled, regardless of the fact that you were called to appear at the Main Written Examination, and you have qualified thereat.
(ii) Without this ‘Call letter-cum-Admission Slip’, appearance in Main Written Examination will not be permitted.
(iii) This ‘Call letter-cum-Admission Slip’ shall be returned to the Supervisor concerned, intact.
(iv) Please bring identity proof i.e. PAN Card / Card issued by Election Commission / Driving Licence/ I-Card issued by Bar Council of the State / Card issued by the Head of the Department in case of Assistant Public Prosecutor or Public Prosecutor, in original, alongwith the Call Letter, at the time of appearing for the Main Written Examination.
(v) Answer to Questions shall be written in English, if not instructed otherwise, with Black or Blue coloured Ink Ball point Pen only. (Gel Pens are strictly prohibited)
(vi) Mobile Cellular Phones/Tablets/Calculator or any other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited not only in the ‘Examination Hall’, but please note that entry in the ‘Examination Centre’ itself, shall not be permitted to those candidates, in possession of such electronic gadgets. No arrangement for ‘Safe Keeping’, will be arranged, which may be noted.
(vii) No other items, except those mentioned at Sr. Nos. (ii), (iv) & (v) above, personal wallet/Ladies purse & bare key(s) of vehicle, if any, will be allowed in the premises of the Examination Centre.
(viii) The High Court may make arrangements for checking/frisking the candidates for any electronic gadgets/materials at the following stages :
(i) at the Main Gate of the Compound
(ii) at the Main Entrance of the Building
(iii) at the entrance of the Block/Room, concerned
(iv) randomly in the Block/Room concerned, during the Examination.
(ix) Entry in the Examination Hall after 10.15 a.m. for Paper-I & 02.45 p.m. for Paper-II shall not be permitted.
(x) Leaving Examination Hall without prior permission of the Supervisor and without handing over the Answer Books, shall not be permissible.
(xi) Your appearance in the Main Written Examination shall be at your own expenses, both ways.
(xii) No interim Application, under ‘The Right To Information, ACT 2005’ or otherwise for rechecking / disclosure of Marks, etc., will be entertained, until the entire “Recruitment Process” is over, as per Instructions at Sr.No. 8 of the Advertisement dtd.03/05/2012.
(xiii) Decision of the Authority concerned, for the purpose of entry, shall be final.
