Just follow these simple steps below to claim :
Cashless Hospitalization for Network Hospitals (Planned Hospitalization)
Step 1: Select and approach insurance / corporate / TPA helpdesk of our network hospital [recommended atleast 72 hours before treatment]

Step 2 : Medical CoverageFor identification purposes, use Passport, Voters' Card, PAN Card or Driver's Licence along with your Max Bupa Health Card or Policy Number.

Step 3: Medical Insurance PlanNetwork hospital would check your identity for validation and submit pre-authorization form to us

Step 4 : We provide our decision to the hospital within 4 hours, when no further document is required.

Step 5: We may assign a relationship manager to make the hospitalization simple for you

Step 6: Get admitted for treatment and sign all documents, forms and invoices on discharge

Step 7 : We make payments to the hospital for pre-approved treatment and as per policy terms and conditions
