Job Description
1. Finalization of Accounts
2. Control of Finance and Working Capital Requirements
3. Cost Management
4. Handle all direct and Indirect tax matters (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise, TDS, VAT, Service Tax, etc)
5. Prepare and monitor monthly performance reports as desired by the management
6. Coordinate with all 3 manufacturing facilities to demand data and supervise junior accounts staff in getting work done. Providing decision support system to business / corporate management.
7. Analysis leading to identification of cost reduction / profit improvement opportunities.
8. Manage a high caliber team, providing leadership in financial decisions, tracking performance against plan related to Finance
9. Provide financial / commercial advise to the Business Development team, to augment growth plans
10. Oversee finance, legal and secreterial functions
11. Implementation of internal audit

Desired Candidate Profile
- CA with atleast 8-10 years of experience preferably from the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP Packages / Advanced Accounting Softwares
- Shall independently finalize the Balance Sheet, able to handle all matters pertaining to taxation (TDC, TCS, Service Tax, FBT etc.), should be aware of statutory Tax Audit Procedures, Company law Matters & Procedures and E-filing of IT Returns (Company & Personal).
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Hindi
- Well versed Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Team-player and be a good leader / supervisor to all employees working under him / her.
