    Work experience and responsibilities :
    - Administration, Planning and co-ordination with marketing and production team for imports of raw materials, logistics, costing and preparation for final products and schedule to control flow of work with proper allocation of jobs as per priorities and requirements for cost effective production, deciding sales price of entire range of products for Uganda.
    - Responsibilities include heading the fabric supplier division by communicating with Fabric Suppliers for product development, enquiries, timely deliveries, rates etc.
    - Factory Administration & Planning and co-ordination with marketing and production team for design approvals, costing and preparation for design and pre-press schedule to control flow of work with proper allocation of jobs as per priorities and requirements for cost effective production.
    - Direct supervision on all department through supervisors / In-charge / Jr. Managers for Planning and follow up for high standard of quality production controls and quality Production services to the customer.
    - Leading team for placing the order, lab dip approval coordination, checking, maintaining, deciding the T & A of the orders, and conveying the correct information to the buyers and the Overseas Merchandisers.

    - From 2007 to 2012 working as an Executive Assistant with Rafiki Group of Companies with Mukono Oil Industries, Kampala region handling Administration, Sales(Oil, Soap, Toilet Paper, Garments etc), Production, Logistics, Distribution, Accounts, Debtors, collection for edible oil and FMCG products in Uganda.
    - From 2004 to 2007 worked as an Accountant with Jazz, Embassy and Checkers Supermarkets owned by one of the leading businessman of Kampala, Uganda having 3 Super Market and Importer. Over and above maintaining books of accounts, auditing with URA, and PKF. administration, purchase and also maintaining Networking, Hardware, software’s of 35 computers in 3 super markets.
    - Joined Chiripal Industries Limited an unit of Chiripal Group as Production & Sales Manager handling its Made-ups, Bed sheet and Garment Fabric division. Handling Business Development and all other activities concerned with an Process House/Export House over and above assignments handled to me by the directors.
