    Dont join this company

Indigene as a company has great future ahead. But on the flipside there are some senior employees who are spoiling the work culture. If you are close to CEO you get promotion and Bonus, otherwise you remain in the same position for years or you may also be fired. The CEO is not aware of what is happening in India. Anything can happen at Indigene, all you need is to be close to the CEO. I am very happy after leaving the company, and will not advise anyone to join the company. The company will only improve when the senior staff leave the company. Jaago Yajmaan Jaago , before its too late and all the talented people leave your company.

    Randd,

Its understandable that you have gone through a rough patch while working for the company. We do have a host of such companies in India operating business in the same old "family-owned business" way, making scape-goat of the gullible employees. But I can say with confidence that in due course of time they will wither away from business. Thanks for the feedback, and we appreciate the time taken by you to expose one such.

For the rest who aspire to join Indigene, make your decision based on various other parameters from multiple sources. While Randd's evaluation might be true, there is also the risk that this be the rant of an incompetent employee or that of a competitor to the said company.

Remember this practice of spoiling a competitor's name is more common than you think it would happen. But then we are not sure.

Hence make your decision based on various other factors including enquiry with any employee working there whom you know.

    Regards,

    Admin.

    It is true about Indigene

I wish them the best but times are extremely bad at indigene right now. They have given huge salary cuts and fired some several workers. Also in the US. They need financial investment very quickly if tehy are to all stay working. If you get offer to relocate to the US-Boston you should not. Once you work at Indigene you cannot get another career. Ask any of the laboratory workers from Science Park-Hyderabad. They have all been tryin to change companies and when the companies find out your from indigene the CV gets put into the rubbish. It is true that you should get opinion and fact from people inside the company to make sure you understand whats happening. With Indigene Beware. Make no decisions to jion before you are having all the facts.the big retailers in the US are walgreens.com cvs.com rite-aid.com indigene product used to be sold by these merchants before the marketing mangers got involved. look to see if you can find any indigene product at this merchants now....repost and save someone.......

Hey guys, I see what u r saying about Indigene and that is not true. I am also an ex-employee of Indigene and I had a great time working there. I had to leave for personal reasons when i had to change cities, but given a chance I am sure i would want to work again. They encourage guys who show committment and have a positive attitude to work. After I changed, I really missed working at Indigene. Believe me, when u join really big cos that make you do the same repetitive work for years with no real growth, one would really appreciate a company like Indigene.

Re: Indigene Pharmaceutical : Hyderabad :MBBS MD Pharmacology

    Hi All,

I have been the victim of all the financial crisis after joining Indigene, a slowest and worthless company. I worked at Hyderabad office and my salary dues were paid only after a serious fight with the CEO and HR. This is the situation of the company and even now after taking up a new job I hate to even see this company name on any of my web research.....!!!!

They are not in position to pay even single penny. Most of the employees have left and company is about to shut down its business operation. In early days, they spent money after luxurious life style of top executives and now running dry.

    PR

Indigene Pharma is planning to file chapter 11 - bankruptcy with the SEC very soon. Please contact the management in USA who are hiding with all the money that was earned by money laundering from various transactions from India and other countries and also from the family members....If anyone challenges this, I bet they are just writing to console the entire issue....

    Horrible!!!

    Hello,
It has been a great disaster for all the former employees of Indigene pharma. Employees claim to be in regulatory and product analytics', honestly none of them knows anything they are just out from the college and shamelessly trash worthy people. Due to their guidance only, the company is in this crippled state. All the very best for the closing bell!!!!
