You need to provide following documents to us for your claims settlement
1.Completely filled and signed Claim Intimation Form (Online form)
2.Copy of Death Certificate *
3.Physician Statement
4.Copy of Claimant ID & Address Proof *
5.Copy of Life Assured age proof *
6.Copy of claimant’s Bank Passbook & Cancelled Cheque *
7.Medical / Diagnosis Reports/ Discharge summary for the particular Treatment (In case death happened in Hospital)

In case of death due to accident what documents I would need to submit in addition to above?
You need to provide following additional documents in case of death due to accident.
1.Copy of First Information Report ( FIR ) *
2.Copy of Post Mortem Report ( Autopsy ) *
3.Copy of Panchnama ( Inquest Report ) *

Would my claim be processed only on the basis of documents uploaded through Online Claim Intimation?
No. The claim processing would be formally initiated only on receipt of Physical Copies of the Claims Documents.

Claim settlement time depends on complete submission of Claim documents as required by the company. At IndiaFirst Life Insurance we endeavor to settle a claim in 15 working days from the date of receipt of the Intimation. In case we need to investigate the matter the time required for settling the claim could be extended.

How would the claim amount be paid?

Respected madam,
In the recent days most of the Tamil films portray school children and college students as lovers. Will this be banned by any ordinance by our state thus saving our children from getting distracted? Central censor board is not sufficient for this purpose. Even in some decently made films such scenes are forcibly inserted irrelevantly which are no way the reasons for the film's success.
