Accordingly, all the above-mentioned candidates provisionally shortlisted for document verification are also advised by Speed Post to report to Railway Recruitment Board, D-79/80, Rail Vihar, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar, Odisha
(i) Matriculation certificate issued by Board indicating date of birth along with mark-sheet,
(ii) Graduation certificate in any discipline issued by recognized university along with mark-sheet,
(iii) SC/ST/OBC certificate if applicable in prescribed proforma,
(iv) No objection certificate from the present employer if employed in Central or State Govt. or Govt. undertakings,
(v) Lower portion of call-letters of both Written Examinations dated 05.12.2010 & 22.01.2012 and also for Typing Skill Test on 08.07.2012.
(vi) Original call-letter sent to the candidates for document verification,
(vii) Two recent colour passport size photographs (not to be attested). Candidate should also bring one set of Photostat copies of all above-mentioned certificates duly attested by a Gazetted officer with name and official stamp. However, if any of the above-mentioned candidates does not receive the call-letter due to any reason, he/she should report to the office as per the schedule indicated above.
