All candidates except those who have been Alloted seats belonging to PH, NCC, SPORTS and J&K seat matrix are eligible to participate in the
Casual Vacancy Round Beginning from 16-08-2012 if they so wish. They can click in the appropriate choice in the Choice Entry Link.
Candidates who have got seats elsewhere can click on Choice-4 and quit CET-2012.
Candidates who have got alloted seats in PH, NCC, Sports and J&K have to choose between Choice-1 and Choice-4 only.

The Category Casual Vacancy Round Seat Allotment status is hosted on the KEA Website http://kea.kar.nic.in on 08-08-2012 for the information of the candidates. If a candidate opts for Choice 1 they are required to collect the Admission Order from 09-08-2012 to 11-08-2012

2. Candidates who exercise Choice 2 or Choice 3 need not come to the Helpline Centre. They can update the same on the computer and enter the options for GM Casual Vacancy Round from16-08- 2012 to 18-08-2012 to become eligible for allotment of seats in the GM Casual Round.

3. The candidates who are allotted seat under Special Category of NCC, Sports, PH and J&K categories should compulsorily choose either Choice 1 or Choice 4 as per CET Admission Rules, they cannot participate in further rounds.

4. All the Choice 1 candidates when they come for receiving the Admission Orders should produce Verification Slip, Acknowledgment Card (Green Card), Printout for having exercised Choice 1 and prescribed fees in the form of Demand Draft.

5. Those who have passed 2nd PU / 12th Standard Examination before last year or earlier (2011) should also produce original TC along with the above documents, failing which they will not be issued the Admission Order at all.

6. All the candidates who have been allotted Medical Seats through KEA both in Government and Private Medical colleges should compulsorily submit sworn affidavit on a Hundred Rupees e-stamp paper as per the format hosted on the KEA Website kea.kar.nic.in while collecting the Admission Order from the Helpline Centre.

NOTE: The candidates who exercise Choice 1 should invariably report to the college on or before 13-08-2012 and confirm the same to KEA through Login account on our website that you have joined the college failing which your allotted seat will be cancelled even though you might have physically reported to the college.

As per website, All candidates who gets Medical seats under KEA should submit sworn affidavit to collect admission card. But one should need to fill admission no in Affidavit form. Does it mean affidavit could be produced with blank on these lines ? Also please let me know what does it mean "allotted MBBS seat on" Please help to fill these blanks.
