RECRUITMENT OF TECHNICAL STAFF FOR SRI LANKA PROJECT ON CONTRACT BASIS

The company invites applications for the following posts on contract basis (for one year) at fixed all inclusive salary for posting in Projects of Ircon International Ltd. at Sri Lanka.

Name of the post : Category-I Operator
1. Motor Grader - 07 Nos. (S-1)
2. Excavator - 05 Nos (S-2)
3. Vibratory Compactor- 07 Nos (S-3)
4. Stone Crusher – 04 Nos. (S-4)
5. Trailer - 02 Nos. (S-5)
6. 75 MT Capacity Crane- 01 No. (S-6)
Fixed monthly Salary : US$ 700.00
Experience as on 01-07-2012 & EQ : Minimum 05 years experience in Operation of relevant machinery in execution of large Civil Engineering projects, preferably in a reputed construction company. Must have valid heavy motor vehicle (HMV) driving license wherever applicable.

For operation of :
1. Concrete Batching Plant- 01 No. (S-7)
2. Tipper - 50 Nos. (S-8)
3. Dozer - 05 Nos (S-9)
4. Rail Cum Road Vehicle - 02 No. (S-10)
5. Mobile workshop- 02 No. (S-11)

Fixed monthly Salary : US$ 600.00
Experience as on 01-07-2012 & EQ :
For Concrete Batching Plant : Minimum 05 years experience in Operation of 15/30 cum capacity automatic concrete batching plant in execution of large Civil Engineering projects in a reputed construction company.
For others : Minimum 02 years experience in Operation of relevant machinery in execution of large Civil Engineering projects, preferably in a reputed construction company. Must have valid heavy motor vehicle (HMV) driving license wherever applicable.

Name of the post : General Foreman – 1 No. (S-14)
Fixed monthly Salary : US$ 900.00
Experience as on 01-07-2012 & EQ : Minimum 10 years in repair and maintenance of earthmoving machines such as excavators, dozers, graders, compactors, tipper, light vehicles in a reputed construction company.

Name of the post : Mechanics – 2 Nos. (S-15)
Fixed monthly Salary : US$ 700.00
Experience as on 01-07-2012 & EQ :
Minimum 5 years in repair and maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving machines such as excavator, dozer, graders, compactors, tipper, light vehicle, in a reputed construction company.

Name of the post : Panel Electrician – 1 No. (S-16)
Fixed monthly Salary : US$ 700.00
Experience as on 01-07-2012 & EQ :
Minimum 5 years in repair and maintenance of Electronic panels for various machines such as Crusher, Batching plant, D.G. Set etc. in a reputed construction company and should have basic knowledge of electronics.

Name of the post : Flash Butt Welder- 3 Nos. (S-17)
Fixed Monthly Salary : US $ 650.00
Experience as on 01-07-2012 & EQ : Minimum 2 years in operation of mobile/stationary flash butt welding plant in Railways or any other reputed construction company.

What is the contract period? I want to know that. Please tell me.

The above posts are specifically for Sri Lanka Project and not for the regular establishment of IrconISL. The appointment is purely on contract basis initially for one year, extendable further as per company's requirement and performance of the candidates. The contract appointment is also co-terminus with the project and will not confer any right to claim absorption in regular establishment.
