Selection Process : Written Exam and/or Interview.
Qualification : Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
Experience as on 30-06-2012 : Minimum two years experience in company secretary (CS) branch/CS department of any reputed company. Candidates with experience in a government company/listed government company would be preferred.
Job requirements : Good knowledge of Company Law, good communication, keenness in learning, readiness to meet work exigencies without hesitation, and up-to-date on new developments.
Surety Bond : Selected candidates have to execute a bond of Rupees 3 lakhs to serve the company for at-least three years.
Fee : Rs. 300/-
