Job Description
Responsible for leading software development of various products in the Edgenet Inc.âs product portfolio.
Will work with product manager and senior manager on projects.
Will be a key contributor in the designing of the product.

Desired Candidate Profile
â Design and delivery of key modules and applications using various contemporary industry technologies/standards.
Solicit feedback from customers and peers in other groups
Assist and direct junior software engineers in the design process
Assist professional services, support & maintenance and pre-sales organizations.
Assist and provide leadership in various R&D projects
Review existing code under development to ensure we are using Best Practices
Conduct/participate in code walkthroughs, coordinating with Development Management and team leads.
Over 5 years of experience in designing and developing complex systems using development methodologies, C#, (and C++ is a plus), .NET.
MCAD or MCSD certification is a plus; J2EE experience is a plus
Experience with using Microsoft Team Foundation server is a plus
Experience with other version controls like CVS/MS VSS
Experience with Service Oriented Architecture.
Experience with Database systems and data scalability.
Experience with Smart Client Applications
Experience with Qt (Cross-platform toolkit by Trolltech) is a plus
Proficiency with Agile methodologies, Test driven development and Automated Unit testing a definite plus.
Expertise in Object Oriented Design and Object Oriented Programming
Familiarity with Windows, Unix, Linux OS.
2+ years in Enterprise Applications (ERP/CRM) software companies
Expertise in Enterprise Application Integration
Knowledge of configuration systems
Extremely strong communication and teamwork skills, able to convincingly describe architectures and solutions to complex technical issues
Good presentation skills
