Have hands-on experience for developing Web based applications using C# or VB.Net.
Support Project Manager with estimating project efforts and project scheduling.
Ensure that all identified tasks are completed on time, and documented effectively for each phase, adhering to prescribed standards.
Ensure the quality of all deliverables.
Conduct reviews, walkthroughs etc as and when required.
Provide guidance to team members on technical matters and Web development processes.
Willing to stretch beyond normal working hours whenever needed.
