Applications are invited for the following posts tenable at Mumbai
1.Name of the post : HOUSEKEEPING CO-ORDINATOR
No. of post : One
Consolidated Pay : Rs.30,000/- p.m. (all inclusive) ;
Qualification :
i) Bachelor of Hotel Management in Hospitality or equivalent
(ii) Fluency in English and knowledge of Marathi will be preferred.
(iii) Thorough knowledge of modern housekeeping techniques and the latest cleaning technology, hygiene and safety standards.
(iv) Knowledge of various chemicals and cleaning equipments.
(v) Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting.
(vi) Working knowledge of MS Office.
(vii) Knowledge of textiles, fabrics, interior design and floriculture.
Experience :
i) Progression through various positions in the housekeeping department in handling housekeeping operations will be preferred.
(ii) Experience in refurbishment and renovation of rooms, lobby and F & B outlets.
(iii) High aesthetics sense, an artistic eye and good design sense will be preferred.

2. Name of the post : CLERK (A)
No. of post : Three
Pay Band (PB-1) : Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay : Rs.2000/- ;
Qualification :
i) Graduate with 50% marks.
(ii) Knowledge of use of personal computers and applications.
(iii) Typing speed of more than 35 wpm OR equivalent proficiency of 10,500 KDPH on computers will be tested during the interview (No need of any certificate).
Desirable Qualification :
i) MS-CIT (Maharashtra State Certificate in information Technology) or equivalent.
(ii) Drafting skills in English is highly preferable.
Experience : Minimum one year experience as a Clerk in administrative matters and correspondence in large and reputed organizations.
Age : Below 28 years for unreserved candidates ;

3.Name of the post : LABORATORY ASSISTANT [PROJECT]
No. of post : Two
Consolidated Pay : Rs.15,500/- p.m.
Qualification :
i) S.S.C. or equivalent.
(ii) ITI/NCTVT with minimum 60% marks with specialization as Fitter/ Instrument Mechanic/Refrigeration & A/C Mechanic OR Candidates with 55% marks in ITI/NCTVT with specialization as Fitter/ Instrument Mechanic/Refrigeration & A/C Mechanic and more than 3 years experience in a R & D Laboratory may also be considered.
Desirable Experience : Experience in R & D Laboratory.
Age : Below 28 years.

4. Name of the post : WORK ASSISTANT :
No. of post : One
Pay Band (PB-1) : Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay : Rs.1800/- ;
Qualification : S.S.C. OR equivalent.
Experience : Minimum one year experience in a chemical and tissue culture laboratory. For instance should know how to read chemical labels and classify them, how to autoclave and deal with cleaning of general laboratory glassware, safety regarding chemicals, procedure for weighing chemicals etc.
Age : Below 28 years.
