Essential Qualification and Experience :
1. GIS Senior Scientific Professionals : Masters Degree in Soil Sciences/Geography/Spatial Planning/Urban Planning /Environment Planning with 2 years of GIS training or professional experience.

2. GIS Technical Assistants : ITI /Polytechnic Diploma holders in Computer Applications or PGDCA or Diploma in Information Technology with One year experience.

3. District Coordinator : Post Graduation in any discipline with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications Rs.

4. Assistant Project Coordinator : B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication/Information Technology) / MCA / ‘B’ level of DOEACC with three years exp. OR (Bachelor Degree in any discipline with one year Diploma/P.G. Diploma in, Computer Applications/Software Engineering/Computer Science AND 4 year of experience in software development using JAVA, J2EE, ORACLE-8I/9I and knowledge of hardware and networking.)

5.Data Entry Operator : 10+2 with Diploma in Computer/ DOEACC ‘O’ Level and typing speed of 30WPM in English /25 WPM in Hindi and one year experience. Note: - Diploma in Computer must be from recognized Institute /University/NIELIT.

6. Investigator : Essential:-10+2 with Diploma in Computer. Desirable: - The candidates must have acquired the knowledge of MS word/Excel.

7. Computer Operator(Steno) : Graduate with one year Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Applications/DOEACC ‘A’ Level /DOEACC Diploma and knowledge of short hand and speed as per Govt. norms Note: - Diploma/PGDCA must be from recognized Institute /University/NIELIT.

8. Systems Analyst : B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication/Information Technology) / MCA / ‘B’ level of DOEACC with four years exp. OR Rs. 15,000/- (B.Tech/B.E (Other discipline)/ Master degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with one ‘A’ Level of DOEACC/Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Application/DOEACC Diploma And Four year experience in Software development using VB, ASP/ASPX, JAVA, D2K, SQL SERVER / ORACLE 8i/9i /DBA, Win NT/Linux with knowledge of Hardware and Networking / Software Projects Management)

9. System Officer : B.E. / B. tech/ MCA in Computer Science /Engineering or Information Technology OR Master Degree in Physics / Maths / Statistics / Operation Research with first class or at least 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/ Applications Or Master Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology with first class or at least 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade. OR B.Sc. (Computer Science or IT)/BCA/B.Sc in Physics/Maths/Statistics/Operation Research/Computer Science with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Applications and two year working experience. Note: Degree/Diploma must be from recognized university/institution Rs 11,100/-
