Stress Engineer (Offshore) :
BE/ B.Tech( Chemical/Mechanical) with 10+ years or M.Tech ( Chemical/Mechanical) with 8+ years of Experience in Offshore Industry ( Oil & Gas)

Skill Set : CAESAR II, PDMS

Roles :
1. To perform Stress analysis, Design calculations of various piping system using Caesar-II.
2. Checking of Piping drawings, Isometrics, support drawings.
3. Stress analysis of piping system connected to critical equipments such as compressors, pumps and steam turbine to review of piping force & moments.
4. Stress analysis of piping system connected to critical stable equipments to review pipe line.
5. Carrying out all calculation related displacement of various equipments, branch reinforcement calculation, PSU reaction force calculation, slug force, trunnion calculation, flange leakage test for high temperature lines etc. preparation of piping load data, platform load data & BU load. Data.
6. Selection of support as per project requirement ( guide, holddown, anchor, spring hanger, struts, clamps etc)
7. Perform stress analysis of pipe rack and produce support load report to structural.
8. Preparation of stress analysis report, support design and mark ups on piping drawings.
9. Review of vendor drawings and co-ordination with other department.
