The National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation a company registered under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (not for profit) has been set up with the objective to provide financial assistance to Persons with Disability for self employment. The Corporation is presently looking for suitable result oriented persons to fill up the following posts;

1.Name of the post : Manager (Finance)
No. of post : One
Pay Scale : Rs.24,900 - 50,500 (IDA Pattern)
Educational Qualification :
i) CA / ICWA/ MBA (Finance) and
ii) Minimum 5 Years post qualification experience, out of which 2 years experience in managerial capacity in reputed organization/Financial institution in Project Financing loan Accounting/ Budgeting/ Project Appraisal. or, Minimum 03 years experience in case of Executive working in pay scale of Rs.20,600-46,500 (Revised IDA Pattern) or equivalent, out of which 2 years experience in managerial capacity in reputed organization/Financial Institution in Loan Accounting/ Budgeting in lieu of (i) & (ii) above
Desirable Qualification : Experience of working in the area of disability.
Age limit : 37 Years

2. Name of the post : Senior Accountant
No. of post : One
Pay Scale : Rs.11,200 – 24,650 (IDA Pattern)
Educational Qualification : ICWA (Inter)/M.Com/B.Com./SAS Experience: 3 yrs for ICWA, 5 years for M.Com., 8 yrs for B.com./SAS in handling salary/wages, PF, maintenance of accounts, financial returns & reports etc. Preference will be given to the candidates with hands on experience of using computers for accounting purposes.
Age Limit : 32 years

3. Name of the post : Accounts Clerk
No. of post : One
Pay Scale : Rs.10,000-21,100 (IDA Pattern)
Educational Qualification :
(a) Degree in Commerce/ Economics
(b) Typing Speed 30 w.p.m. (English/Hindi)
(c) 6 months certificate course in computer application from an institute of repute.
Age limit : 27 Years

4. Name of the post : Cashier
No. of post : One
Pay Scale : Rs.10,000-21,100 (IDA Pattern)
Educational Qualification :
a) B.Com (Honours) from recognised university.
b) Minimum 2 Years experience of handling of Cash in Financial Institute/PSU/Bank/Private organisation of repute.
c) A Certificate course in computer application not less than Six months duration from a reputed Institution.
d) Typing speed Hindi /English - 30 w.p.m.
Age limit : 27 Years
