Filling up of various posts on Direct Recruitment/ Deputation/ Contract basis in IICA.

Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, a registered society functions under the aegis of Ministry of Corporate Affairs to run a number of special training programmes in the field of Corporate Affairs, Competition Law , Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance etc. at its Institute at Manesar (Haryana), hereby invites applications for filling up the following posts by Direct Recruitment/ Deputation/ Contract basis;

1)Name of the post : Chief Finance Officer
No. of post : 1
Scale of Pay : Pay Band-4 (Rs. 37,400- Rs. 67,000) + Grade Pay Rs. 8700
Age Limit : Deputation: up to maximum of 56 years
Essential : 15 years of experience in managerial and administrative capacity in Govt. /Public or in Private Sector
For those in Govt. / PSU employment ;
i) Officers holding analogous post; or
ii) Who have completed 5 years of service in the Grade Pay of 7600; or
iii) 10 years of service in the Grade Pay of 6600 and possess adequate experience in managerial and administrative capacity in Govt./ P.S.U shall also apply.
Desirable : Having experience in Corporate Affairs or managing of Academic Institutions of repute

2) Name of the post : Chief Administrative Officer
No. of post : 1
Scale of Pay : Pay Band-4 (Rs. 37,400- Rs. 67,000) + Grade Pay Rs. 8700
Age Limit: (Deputation): up to maximum of 56 years
Essential : 15 years of experience in managerial and administrative capacity in Govt. /Public or in Private Sector.
For those in Govt. / PSU employment;
iv) Officers holding analogous post; or
v) Who have completed 5 years of service in the Grade Pay of 7600; or
vi) 10 years of service in the Grade Pay of 6600 and possess adequate experience in managerial and administrative capacity in Govt./ P.S.U shall also apply.
Desirable : Having experience in Corporate Affairs or managing of Academic Institutions of repute

3) Name of the post : Finance Officer
Scale of Pay : Pay Band-4 (Rs. 15600-39100) +Grade Pay Rs. 7600
Age Limit :Deputation: up to maximum of 56 years
Essential : Ist class Graduate degree in Commerce/ MBA (Finance)/ CA/ICWA with 8 years of experience in managerial and administrative capacity in government or in public or private sector. Officers under the Central Govt./PSU with 5 years’ service in the Grade Pay of Rs. 6600 or with 10 years of service in the Grade Pay of Rs. 5400.
Desirable : Having experience in Corporate Affairs or managing of Academic Institutions/Financial Management/ Human Resource Management. Conditions can be relaxed by the competent authority; if circumstances so desire.

4) Name of the post : Administrative Officer

Scale of Pay : Pay Band-3 (Rs. 15,600- Rs.39,100)+Grade Pay Rs. 7600 Age Limit (Deputation): up to maximum of 56 years
Essential :
Ist class Graduate degree in any discipline with 8 years of experience in managerial and administrative capacity in Govt. or in Public or Private Sector in dealing with administration, accounts and establishment matters. .Officers under the Central Govt. /PSU with 5 years’ experience in the Grade Pay of Rs. 6600 or with 10 years of experience in the Grade Pay of Rs. 5400.
Desirable : Having experience in Corporate Affairs or managing of Academic Institutions/Financial Management/ Human Resource Management. Conditions can be relaxed by the competent authority; if circumstances so desire

5) Name of the post : Assistant Manager (HR)
No. of post : 2
i) Scale of Pay : Pay Band- 3 (Rs. 15,600- Rs.39,100) + Grade Pay Rs. 7600 Age Limit (Deputation): up to maximum of 56 years
Essential : Ist class Graduate degree /MBA (HR) with 8 years of experience in managerial and administrative capacity in the Govt. / Public/ Private Sector in the relevant field. For those in Govt. / PSU employment-
i) Officers under the Central Govt./PSU with 5 years’ service in the Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/-
ii) With 10 years of service in the Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-
Desirable : Having experience in Corporate Affairs or managing of Academic Institutions/Financial Management/ Human Resource Management. Conditions can be relaxed by the competent authority; if circumstances so desire.

6) Name of the post : System Administrator
No. of post : 1
Scale of Pay : Pay Band-3 (Rs. 15,600- Rs.39,100)+ Grade Pay Rs. 7600
Age Limit : (Deputation): up to maximum of 56 years b)
Essential : Master’s degree with Ist class or equivalent in relevant field with 5 years of experience in computer cell in Central Govt./industry/ institute/University. Officers under the Central Govt./ PSU who have completed 5 years of service in the Grade Pay of Rs. 6600 or 10 years of service in the Grade Pay of Rs. 5400 can apply.
Desirable : Experience in software development, Hardware maintenance, server management, Data Mining and Enterprise Resource Planning.

7) Name of the post : Research Analyst
No. of post : 1
Scale of Pay : Pay Band-2 (Rs. 9300-Rs. 34,800)+ Grade Pay Rs. 4800
Age Limit : Below 56 years (Deputation)
Essential : Persons possessing the following qualifications:
i) Graduate in any discipline with 5 years’ experience of working in IT wing of Govt. organization/Public/Private/Industry sector; and having experience in Data Entry, programme development, handling computer software, data base and hardware.
ii) In case of recruitment by promotion/deputation/transfer, recruitment to be made from Persons possessing the following qualifications:
a) Graduate in any discipline with 5 years’ experience of working in IT wing of Govt. organization/Public/Private/Industry sector; and having experience in Data Entry, programme development, handling computer software, data base and hardware.
b) Persons in Govt. employment with 3 years’ regular service in the Grade Pay of Rs. 4200.
