Department of Social Defence, Chennai invites applications for State Project Support Unit (SPSU) from eligible candidates for the following vacancies. The staff to be recruited for the State Project Support Unit will be on contractual basis.

1. Name of the post : Programme Manager
Consolidated Pay : Rs.25000/- p.m.
No. of post : One
Qualification & Experience :
Graduate / Post Graduate (10+2+3 pattern) in any discipline,
Preference will be given to candidates who possess degree in Sociology / Social Work / Psychology / Child Development / Education / Criminology
5 years experience in the field of Child Welfare, Social Welfare, Education, Labour etc.
Age :
i) For General Candidates : Not exceeding 40 years
ii) For Retired persons : Not exceeding 62 years

2.Name of the post : Project Officers
Consolidated Pay : Rs.19000/- p.m.
