Job Description
We are currently looking for Software Engineers with web development background to join our offshore development team. You will be working in a highly agile environment building products for the web 2.0 environment.
1.Understand requirements from use case and functional specification documents
2.Design & develop web based applications based on high-level technical specifications
3.Develop programs and unit test them
4.Learn new Web 2.0 technologies as required for the development with minimum guidance

Desired Candidate Profile
The desired candidate should have the following skills.
-5 years experience on ASP.Net and Web applications
-Expert on using XML, JavaScript, DHTML and CSS
-Expert on using AJAX and web toolkits
-Good Knowledge on internationalization
-Good Knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies


In addition the following skills are also important:

-Exposure to version management systems
-Strong Interpersonal skills. Must be able to communicate easily and effectively
-Should be self-motivated and be able to work independently meeting delivery schedules
