It is very flexible for Consumers to register the complaints. The Consumer should know minimum the last six digits of the Service Number.

** Enter Last six digits of your service number for Old Consumer and Registration Num given in call center for New Consumer

How to view HT Bill online?

** Click on the hyper link named HT Bill View available on the home page of (http://www.apeasternpower.com).
** Then, customer would be re-directed to another page where User ID and Password are to be submitted.
** By default the HT consumersÂ’ Service number (e.g. RJY999) can be used as User ID and Password. However, HT consumer can also register himself and create User ID and password of his choice using the link Click Here to Register on the HT Consumer Login page.
** On submission of User ID and Password, the customer would be redirected to another page where Month and Year should be opted for which the customer wishes to get the HT Bill.
** Upon clicking the Display button after choosing month and year, another window would be opened containing the HT Bill. A print out can also be had by clicking on the Print option available on the right top corner of the bill display page.
