Job Profile :
** Overall purchasing function experience in CI Foundry,Overall responsible for Purchase & stores related activities.
** Responsible to prepare the procedures & related documents for his Department functions.
** Responsible to prepare Purchase Plan as per Production Plan and execute the purchasing activities as per the purchase plan and getting it approved by the Director.
** Evaluation & selection of vendors as per system requirement.
** Monitoring the performance of vendors and initiating necessary corrective and preventive action for poor performance in consultation with the Director.
** Working in SAP experience is must Responsible to achieve cost saving targets.
2) Manager T & D :
Experience : 7-10 Years
Education : Degree/DME + Diploma in T&D/MBA HR
Job Profile :
** Responsible for identifying & analyzing training needs of employees/ Organization through Skill Matrix, Management requirements, etc.
** Responsible for preparing six month training plan based Skill Matrix, Management requirements, etc.
** Responsible for identifying & monitoring the resource of Training Faculties (External/Internal)
** Responsible for running Trainee Engineers Devp. Prog. (TEDP) & Master Craftsman Training.
** Responsible for Measuring Training effectiveness at different levels.
** Evaluation & analysis of Functional Objectives/Process Measures applicable to the department.
** Responsible for implementing various training schemes- viz. Trade Apprentice, Mastercraftsman Trainee Operator & to achieve desired objectives.
** Must be directly to impart hands-on training on machines to trainees.
3) Manager Project (Machining Processes, Planning, Prooving & Audit) :
Experience : 7 - 10 years
Education : BE/B. Tech ( Automobile, Mechanical, Production/Industrial)
Job Profile :
** Development of Machining process for component and engine and introduce new technology.
** Development of Assembly process for engines.
** Introduction of handling system in component manufacturing lines and automation.
** Introduction of handling systems of engine components.
** Selection of machines and equipment including handling.
** Coordination process like cycle time and setting time reduction, conducting machining trials.
** Improvements in fixtures, handling systems.
** Assist in proper corrective action for daily non-conformance.
** Training to employees on manufacturing, 5s,6 sigma, SMED, TPM, etc. Audit machining processes and layouts.
** Prepare engine shop layouts.
