    Job Description
    Required on urgent basis, intelligent and experienced Java/J2EE Project lead / Team leads to work upon advanced software development projects in finance domain. Our client is a leading Hedge Fund Company.
    Job Responsibilities:
    - Understand and prepare design requirements and develop/implement according
    to international coding standards.
    - Interact with overseas clients and project co-ordination
    - Unit testing and debugging.
    - Find smart solutions to problems.
    - Mentoring junior developers.
    - Project management and execution.

    Desired Candidate Profile
    Strong Core JAVA, J2EE technologies, EJB, JSP, Servelets, JBoss, JMS, Eclipse, Struts, Hibernate, Swing, XML, using SQL Server.ICE Storm services, CLARITY would be a plus.
    Strong Database concepts
    Knowledge of complete software development lifecycle
    Preferred Skills: Exposure to SOA concepts .Investment banking domain experience would be a plus.

    2. Excellent analysis and prioritization skills
    3. Self-starter, able to deliver projects on time meeting high quality standards
