1) FRESHERS (PROJECT TRAINEES-GRAPHIC DESIGNERS) :
Requirements :
** BYT-EYE is looking for freshers (2010/2011 pass out) who are willing to work on graphic design tools like Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Flash, CorelDraw etc.
** Candidates should know how to use computer, can have average English communication (both written & voral) skills and can have any Professional Degree/Diploma.

Selection Procedure (Trainee To Employee Program) :
** Candidate will be selected for training based on candidate's performance in personal interview. Candidate will undergo 6 months training (will be under probation during this period and stipend will be provided to bright candidates) on Adobe PhotoShop or/and Adobe Flash or/and CorelDraw or/and any other design tools or/and any technology that company requires.

2) OFFICE EXECUTIVE :
** Candidate should work as a single point of contact for Finance, HR and Admin related activities of the company with little or no supervision.

** Preference will be given to Bangaloreans.
** Should have sound knowledge on Tally, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Indian/State Taxation rules and regulations.
** Should be willing to travel any place in the country with short notice.
** Should possess Two Wheeler Driving License.
** Should be M.Com/B.Com/BBM from any reputed university with 0-1 year of experience.

Final Year Project : “Practical Appraisal Tracker System”
Description :
1. This project is aimed at developing an Appraisal Tracker that is of importance to either an organization or a college.
2. This Appraisal Tracker system is used to track the performance of an individual. An individual’s performance is rated by himself and his superior in the organization. So, this application helps in maintaining the Appraisal history of each individual along with his/her superior’s rating which will be useful at the time of each review period.

I have done my MCA from Nagpur (RTM) University with JAVA and Android as a Specialization. I have passed MCA in First Class with 70.88 %. I did my Graduation in science from Nagpur (RTM) University in with 52.33%. I have passed Higher Secondary School with 53.33% from Maharashtra Board and SSC with 70.13% .
