Problems Logging in?

Please Read the following :
In case of services falling under HYDERABAD and SECUNDERABAD, the following points apply.
1.The length of Service Number should not exceed 8 characters.
2.The first two characters represent the Circle code. The first character is always an alphabet and the second character can be a "space" or a number between 1 and 9.
3.The length of the characters after the circle code should not exceed 6 characters.
4.The Service Number printed on the SpotBill issued at your end should be entered exactly.

For example :
If Service Number is BZ001234, kindly enter the Service Number as BZ001234

Else If Service Number is B1001234, kindly enter the Service Number as B1001234

In order to find Service Number through SEARCH Service, the Name as on the Bill should be entered exactly as it is on your Bill. Even the spaces and dots(".") have to be entered correctly.

Search Service

If the name as on the bill is "A. SRIRAM", it should be entered as A. SRIRAM

The Location may or may not be entered, if entry is made it can be as follows SECUNDERABAD

The entry of location can be a part of the address printed on the SpotBill. It helps to give you an easy search.

In case of services falling under Other Districts of APCPDCL, the following points apply.
1.The Service Number consists of two parts. the first part is the area/distribution code and the second part is Service Number.
2.The length of area/distribution code normally is four or five digits.
3.The length of the Service number varies from 1 to 6.
4.The Service Number printed on the SpotBill issued at your end should be entered exactly.

For example :
If Service Number is 1234 56789, kindly enter the Service Number as 1234 56789

Else if Service Number is 12345 67891, kindly enter the Service Number as 12345 67891

Else if Service Number is 1234567891, kindly enter the Service Number as 1234567891

Spot Billing:
We are committed to quality supply and correct meter reading. Under this direction, we have introduced the Spot Billing system. The meter reader will visit your place, record the meter reading, and issue the bill using a hand-held computer. The particulars of the meter reading are entered in the customers' pass books.

Customer's Pass Book:
Under the Spot Billing system, APCPDCL will issue to all its customers pass books with their service connection numbers. The meter reader will enter your meter readings and other billing particulars into the pass book. This will ensure that you are billed accurately, and will help reduce billing-related complaints.

How to check electricity bill online?

For Online Bill Enquiry, You have to enter Service Number or Unique Service Number in the link to know the Billing Information.

Note: Electricity Bill
** Consumers are given a period of 15 days (including billing date) to pay their bills.
** After disconnection, the consumer can obtain reconnection by making payment in case of LT services at ERO and in case of HT service at HT Revenue Unit.
** After 4 months of disconnection, the service shall be liable for removal and termination after adjustment of security deposit available (with one month notice).

I have observed that in online bill it is not showing the ACD Due amount which is showing in physical bill, let me know what is ACD due. Incase I have taken a shop on rent/lease who has to pay this ACD due by me or Owner of the complex.

Kindly post reply as i have contacted on your customer care they are not aware of ACD due and CC charges, they are simply replying to contact ERO and pay bills at counter as online system is having so many problems.
