APPOINTMENT ON CONTRACT BASIS

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following posts on contract basis (contract for one year, likely to be continued further) in U.P. State AIDS Control Society. 1.Name of the post : Joint Director (IEC)
No. of post : 01 Post
Remuneration : Rs 35,000 - 46,000 p.m. (Consolidated),
Qualifications/experience: Essential: (i). PG Degree in Social Sciences /
Humanities or MBA (ii). Min 8 yrs experience in the field of development/health communication including planning and implementation of IEC campaign
Desirable: (i). PG Degree/PG Diploma in Mass Communication.(ii). Experience in the field of advertising.(iii). Experience in preparation of Audio Visual Aids and display material in a responsible position.(iv). Knowledge of AV Media & proficiency in handling, audio visual aids for training purpose. (v). Knowledge of modern training techniques.(vi). Working knowledge of local language.

2.Name of the post : Deputy Director (IEC)

Remuneration : Rs 23,000 - 35,000 p.m. (Consolidated),

4.Name of the post : Deputy Director (ICTC)

Qualifications/experience :
(i) MBBS with MPH or MBA or MHA (ii) Minimum 05 years experience.
(iii) Desirable : MD in PSM with experience in public health/ O & G/ TB and in other national programmes.

5.Name of the post : Assistant Director (Finance)

Remuneration : Rs 20,000 - 25,000 p.m. (Consolidated),
Qualifications/experience : (i)Bachelors Degree or similar qualification
preferably in commerce and accounts.(ii)Experience : A junior level state finance officer/accountant general of the state in the rank of section officer with 10 to 15 yrs experience.

6.Name of the post : Assistant Director (STD)

Qualifications/experience :(i)PG Degree/Diploma in Dermatology & STD with minimum 3 years experience in Government Hospital/Medical College.

7.Name of the post : Assistant Director (Procurement)

Remuneration : Rs 17,000 - 23,000 p.m. (Consolidated),
Qualifications/experience :(i)Graduate with PG with material management/ M.Com or Inter CA with 5 yrs experience in procurement matters.(ii) Strong computer knowledge.

8.Name of the post : Assistant Director (Nursing)

Qualifications/experience : (i)B.Sc in Nursing with minimum 05 years experience.

Qualifications/experience :(i) PG degree in Social Science with 05 years of experience.

10 .Name of the post : Consultant (Care, Support & Treatment)
No. of post : 01 Post
Remuneration : Rs 32,000 - 40,000 p.m. (Consolidated) for MD or Rs 25,000 - 30,000 p.m. (Consolidated) for MBBS,
Qualifications/experience : (i)MD Med./Skin VD/Chest Dis/Pead. Or MBBS preferably with Diploma in any clinical dis.

11.Name of the post : Consultant (Voluntary Blood Donation)

Remuneration : Rs 23,000 - 35,000 p.m. (Consolidated)
Qualifications/experience : (i) Recognised PG degree in Social Science/ Sociology/ Social Work. (ii) Atleast 05 years experience in organizing Voluntary Blood Donation in VBD organizations. (iii) Should be a regular Voluntary Blood Donor. (iv) Knowledge of donor motivation, donor recruitment and donor retention. (v) Knowledge of local language.

12.Name of the post : Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Remuneration : Rs 23,000 - 35,000 p.m. (Consolidated),
Qualifications/experience :(i)Advance degree in statistics, public health
and other social sciences. Advance degree/diploma or a post graduate course in Computer from an institute of repute.(ii)Minimum three year experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of HIV/AIDS or in the field of health and social development.

13.Name of the post : Divisional Assistant

Remuneration : Rs 11,500 - 17,500 p.m. (Consolidated),
Qualifications/experience :(i)Graduate with computer proficiency. (ii)Typing speed 25 words and 30 words per minute respectively in Hindi & English. Experience: Minimum 3 years.
