Job Description :
** We seek creative team leaders with demonstrated experience in formulation of vaccines and/or biologics for our organization based in the NCR region. The individual needs to possess and apply comprehensive knowledge of biochemistry principles and procedures, and lead projects which are aligned with the organizations vision and mission – developing thermostable, affordable, easy to deliver vaccines for the developing world. The individual will serve as a group leader for a team of scientists to develop candidate vaccines from Preclinical stage to Phase II clinical manufacturing.

** The formulation process development work requires evaluation of excipients, bulking agents and buffers for vaccine antigens which will result in a thermostable dry product. The work entails evaluation of various formulation-focused properties of the antigen, strong understanding of biochemistry to understand interactions of the antigen with its environment, evaluation of various drying technologies, and development of delivery systems for the candidate vaccine.

** We seek a result oriented individual required, with the ability to work independently, and achieve objectives in a timely manner. The individual needs to have the ability to manage more than one complex task with regular project updates and troubleshooting to reach objectives in a timely fashion. The individual will need to be able to conduct complex technical investigations.
